Kailey Wolfen & Wolfen Clean Co.
Websites, online booking, SMS appointment updates, and a daily browser game for an Austin, Texas small business — designed and built by Jeff Ferris (trackzero).
The client: Kailey Wolfen
Kailey Wolfen is an Austin, Texas small-business owner and the founder of Wolfen Clean Co., an independent apartment cleaning service serving Northwest Austin, Cedar Park, and Leander. Clients work directly with Kailey instead of a rotating crew, and the web presence needed to say exactly that: personal, local, and easy to book.
Two sites, one brand
wolfenclean.com — the business
Services, pricing guidance, Kailey’s story, and a booking form, built as fast static pages so they load instantly on a phone.
kaileywolfen.com — the founder
A personal profile for Kailey Wolfen that links her name to the business. One bucket serves both domains, routed by hostname at the CDN edge.
Online booking
Address autocomplete with a service-area check, so out-of-area requests are caught before they’re sent. Each request gets a booking ID and an instant confirmation email.
SMS appointment updates
Consent-first text updates on a registered A2P 10DLC campaign. Kailey can confirm or cancel a booking by replying to a text.
Admin console
A private dashboard behind Google sign-in for reviewing, confirming, and messaging bookings from anywhere.
Built to be cheap and hard to abuse
Serverless end to end — it costs pennies at small-business volume. Rate limits, concurrency caps, and silent bot traps keep spam and runaway bills out.
Wolf Clean! — a daily browser game
A marketing piece people actually want to share: drag to scrub grime off the screen, toss clutter, shoo a muddy wolf pup, and get graded on your security deposit. A Wordle-style daily challenge gives everyone the same apartment each day, with streaks, badges, emoji results, and a shareable score card. Pure Canvas and JavaScript, no libraries, no server. Play it here.
Kailey, as a cartoon
The Wolfen Clean Co. logo — Kailey in her apron, spray bottle in hand — runs through the nav, favicon, social cards, and the game, where she coaches players in real time and shares her real cleaning tips between rooms.
